I read in the sixwise.com news letter that there are ways to fight, beat, defeat, combat (?) stress. Those sound so strident and stressful in themselves. How aboutNeutralize or pacify or ease

I am on the right track Gardening, reading, Journaling. I think weight loss has certainly helped but it is an ongoing battle (oh dear, there is that strident, military aspect again) Exercise, of course is an excellent stress fighter, beater, neutralizer. I will concentrate on indoor exercise now that the heat has gotten up there. This is reason I’m not gardening much outdoors (Does having the landscaper over to build that garden bed count?)
How about you what do you do to kill, defeat, end, stop stress? Gee just finding the right word is stress enough.
